practice 1 is step 1 and practice 2 is step 2, I believe. And I think the authors point is to keep systems and tools as simple as you absolutely can, as systems should make your life easier, not be one more thing to manage for the sake of it
Hey Daniel, I'm definetly an overthinker and loved that. So (overthinking already)... when should I be able to move to step 2 (which I don't know what is) and then to step 3 (systems)? I'm going to implement this cheat-sheet everyday for the rest of this week!
