I find that a lot of substack articles rehearse the same concepts just in more words and then more flowery words but this was soo deliciously succint. I think I first read this a month or more ago but I actually found myself coming back because.. I remembered Nin's law, and this is where I heard of it.
"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom."
Typo 'ask ask' in the practice part.
I looove this style of writing with a practice to apply.
