Let’s forget goal-setting for a minute. Most people suck at setting goals and are even worse at achieving them.
Instead it’s sufficient to simply remember what happened to you in 2021. Accurately memorializing the past is more effective than haphazardly setting intentions for the future.
I don’t know where to go if I don’t know where I’ve been. So around this time of year, I take a day or two to reflect on what happened in the last 12 months.
